Job description

• Static-constructive support of the contractor during construction on the basis of the approved precast and steel construction works planning as well as revision of formwork and reinforcement planning
• Static-constructive coordination of the contractor's work preparation
• Static-constructive support of the contractor during construction, including manufacturer-specific updating of the execution and workshop planning (e.g. use of technically equivalent construction products such as Halfen channels, punching shear reinforcement, anchorages etc.), and manufacturer-specific modification of the execution and workshop planning (e.g. new structural steel and reinforced concrete details, built-in parts, interfaces, etc.)
• Participation and processing of topics in construction meetings (partial participation on-site)
• Support in assessing the technical equivalence of manufacturer-specific building products (no new structural analysis or plan preparation)
• Preparation of measurement programmes (for tracking and, if necessary, correction of assembly conditions)
• Coordination of queries to the planning team and EOR
• Coordination and review of the execution on-site with the EOR (Budapest)
• Approval of manufacturer-specific updates and changes by the EOR (Budapest)

Summary: Contractor requests on-site support to remove all obstacles to execution.

EOR = Engineer of record

Additional conditions for the job

• Work location: 3-4 working days in Debrecen at the work site, 1-2 working days in Budapest at the office / home office
• Use of a company pool car for access the work area during the trial period, or for private use after the trial period
• If necessary, on-site accommodation at the company's expense
