IT Administration
Your tasks
Together with the IT-team, you will work on maintaining and further developing our IT environment:
- First- and second-level support via a ticket system
- Support for Windows 11 clients and Windows servers
- Collaboration in the central management of end devices (clients)
Support with:
- Patch and update management
- Mobile device management (MDM)
- Client management with Microsoft Intune
- Software rollouts and simple packaging
- Collaboration on IT security with Microsoft 365 E5 features (e.g., device protection, policies)
- Documentation of solutions and IT processes
- Collaboration in an international IT environment
Do not worry: the topics are handled across teams – you'll grow into it step by step.
Your profile
- Completed IT-training, degree, or comparable practical experience
- Basic knowledge of Windows environments is an advantage
- Interest in modern IT, client management, and security issues
- Structured and reliable way of working
- Ability to work in a team and service orientation
- Good written and spoken English skills (essential)
- Good German skills
