Specialist BIM (m/f/x)

Job Description

Reporting to the Project Managers, you will work closely with the Architect on structural, façade and artwork projects. You will participate in the design process by proposing and optimising various variants, particularly in the design and competition phases. You must manipulate complex systems and geometries using parametric modelling tools.

You will also participate in producing graphic parts (markings, assembly diagrams, manufacturing details, etc.) and join in the technical development of the agency and the 3D division.

Profile

Architect with an interest in structure, or engineer with interest in design, you preferably have a first experience in a technical position in an architecture agency or design office.

Required qualities

• Interest in technical construction issues
• Interest in digital design processes. Code knowledge is an asset
• Mastery of complex geometries
• Mastery of RHINO, GRASSHOPPER and AUTOCAD software. Good knowledge of REVIT is an asset.
• Knowledge of structural subjects and calculation software such as Karamba3D.
• Analytical, communication and representation skills
• Ability to work in a team and interpersonal skills
