Bergerstraße 103

A new six-story residential and commercial building has been constructed on Berger Strasse. The building has a basement and is primarily made of solid construction. Masonry and in-situ concrete were used for some walls, while reinforced concrete was used for wall-like beams and ceilings. The building is connected to neighbouring buildings on the west and north. For the project, Bollinger+Grohmann provided structural engineering and building physics services and developed a fire protection plan.
