The façade of the 22-storey building, completed at the end of the 1980s, no longer meets today's energetic requirements of modern buildings. In addition, the old façade has various functional problems which must be remedied. In order to have a basis for decision-making regarding the future use of the building envelope, the client has decided to have the existing façade investigated and analyzed by B+G.

On this basis, a variety of options for the façade restoration are developed within the scope of a feasibility study. The options focus on the one hand on technical and economic investment for retrofitting, conversion and dismantling measures, and on the other, they propose possibilities and technical solutions to enable a more sustainable and economic building operation in the future.
