The nine-storied residential and commercial building with parking garage is to be built in the residential quarter in Jena Lobeda. The new building will be the connection between the clinic and the residential quarter which is also visible in the volume. The high-rise surpasses the neighbouring buildings over two storeys. The building is accessible via a pedestrian bridge.

The glazed atrium with individual oblique external fronts forms the centre and connects all levels with each other. In the upper three storeys are located the penthouse apartments with 650 m² living space. They all have a view over Lobdeburg castle.

The structure is planned as massive, jointless reinforced concrete construction. Only the façade substructure will be a steel construction. The lateral stability is made over the plate effect by the ceiling disks and the horizontal load trasfer over the core wall discs.
