Along the newly developed riverside of the river Main, adjacent to the site of the historic landmark building Großmarkthalle, where the European Central Bank is to be built, four solitary apartment buildings with a total of 53 apartments and an underground parking were constructed. Each building was designed by a different architectural practice.

The floor plans of the apartment buildings measure each 15 by 15 m. The height of seven floors and an additional setback-storey is 24 m. All flat roofs are greened. Each residential building consists of 12 and 14 one- and two-bedroom apartments, maisonettes and penthouses. Two ground floor apartments each are provided with an additional office space.
