Riding Center

Together with Lund Hagem Architects, we were engaged to develop an equestrian centre for high-quality dressage riding. The client was award-winning Norwegian dressage rider, Cathrine Rasmussen. Rasmussen wanted an open roof construction without visible tension rods. This was made possible by developing a unique frame construction consisting of glulam beams, large concrete foundations and slender concrete columns. The roof itself is built in solid wood (CLT).

The equestrian centre was developed with sustainable solutions for material use, heating and ventilation.
