The team of Zaha Hadid Architects, in collaboration with Bollinger+Grohmann, was one of the six international teams shortlisted for the redesign of the iconic nineteenth-century railway station at Flinders Street.
The scope of duties included modernising the station and its surrounding spaces and restoring the building's period features.
