Bollinger+Grohmann Brussels is looking for an Office Manager (m/f/x) to strengthen the administrative team.

Your duties:

In this varied role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of the office: reception, processing incoming and outgoing mail, updating data, organising travel, managing office supplies, etc. You will support your colleagues and assist with administrative tasks (invoicing, payment reminders, etc.).

Required qualities and skills:

  1. You are independent, well-organised, accurate, and solution-oriented.
  2. You are flexible and always willing to learn new tasks.
  3. You are bilingual (Dutch/French), both written and spoken, and have a good command of English.
  4. You are proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
