As part of an age-related succession, we are looking for a commercial manager (m/f/x) for our group of companies.
Your tasks
- Responsible management and strategic development of the finance/controlling, legal and QM departments with approx. 400 employees throughout Europe
- Core tasks of financial management (P&L, cash flow statement, balance sheet, liquidity and capital management, accounting, annual financial statements, etc.)
- Budget planning for business policy design and strategic planning
- Support and further development of national and international presences and financial consolidation of branches in Europe
- Further advancing the digitalization of processes
- Contact person for banks, auditors, tax consultants and the shareholders in all financial matters
- Reporting line: shareholders / management
Your profile
- Business studies with strong commercial knowledge or comparable training
- Professional and management experience in a comparable function in a medium-sized service company, ideally in the construction sector
- Ideally experience in supporting foreign branches (lawyers, chambers of commerce, country-specific requirements, etc.)
- Strong analytical-conceptual, organizational and communicative strengths with a high affinity for numbers
- Entrepreneurial thinking and acting, strong implementation skills and cost awareness
- Willingness to travel, also internationally (10 - max. 20%)
- Business fluent in English and French
