Among other things, you will be responsible for project management and the identification and processing of public and private procurement procedures and tenders for Bollinger+Grohmann's German locations.

Become part of our well-coordinated team and coordinate with your colleagues at the locations outside Germany.

Your main tasks:

Offer

  • Preparation and processing of quotations for various projects
  • Communication with customers and partners regarding quotation requests
  • Management and tracking of offer requests and returns

Administration

  • Administration of verification authorizations and certificates
  • Organization and implementation of training for employees for our project recording system
  • Administration of platforms and electronic signatures Support of locations

Controlling

  • Recording and checking fees and work packages
  • Planning and adjusting fees
  • Administrative project management

Contracts

  • Management and data maintenance of contracts
  • Communication and coordination with contractual partners
  • Management of contract returns and confirmations

Other tasks

  • Participation in seminars and training courses
  • Creation and maintenance of project master databases
  • Revision and creation of self-declarations and content lists
  • Checking and reminding of important deadlines
  • Management of insurances and certificates

Your profile

  • Interest in and understanding of architecture, construction and the associated planning and construction processes
  • Knowledge of public procurement law. Previous knowledge of e-procurement systems is an advantage
  • Very good written and spoken German
  • Confident handling of the MS Office package
  • Independent, proactive, structured and solution-oriented way of working
  • High demands on your own work results including their design
