Conservatory

Our team of structural engineers is excited to embark on transforming the Conservatoire of Ville d'Avray into a county-level cultural and educational hub. Notably, we'll be renovating two historically significant pavilions, whose facades are listed as heritage monuments. These pavilions will be connected with a modern extension, and an underground auditorium with 200 seats will be introduced. Additionally, a purpose-designed dance studio will be built. This project promises a vibrant future for the conservatoire and the community it serves.
