ESBAN Petit Maroc

The ESBAN is a student residence located in the heart of an urban block in the Petit Maroc district of Saint-Nazaire. The project consists of commercial spaces at the ground level and is topped by a slender oval-shaped tower of 12 floors, corresponding to the student residence.

The building is characterised by façades that alternate piers and glazed frames and variable geometry canopies that serve as sun protection on the facades most exposed to the sun. Our mission focuses on the façade for the glazed sections and the prefabricated concrete cladding, including the canopies.
