Hellerhöfe (FS)

The ‘Hellerhöfe’ construction projects will create a new urban quarter in Frankfurt's Gallus district. For Hellerhöfe FS, the former ‘Frankfurter Societäts-Druckerei’ building complex will be demolished to make way for the new eight-storey ‘FS Nord’ and ‘FS Süd’ buildings. The upper floors of the buildings will contain apartments, while the ground floor will house day-care facilities and retail outlets. Below ground, the new buildings will have a shared two-storey underground car park.
