Le Grand Rocher

An allegory of life and our human condition, Le grand rocher is a monumental sculpture designed specifically for the Val des Chenevières site in L'Arbresle (near Lyon). For several centuries, extreme climatic conditions have shaped the site, leaving their mark on the memory of its inhabitants.

B+G contributed its expertise in structural engineering to this artistic project, for which all the calculation drawings were made by hand.
