New Building Bahnhofstraße

Volksbank Raiffeisenbank Rosenheim-Chiemsee plans to construct a new residential and commercial building of high-quality standards in Rosenheim. The building will have sales, office, residential floors, and an underground car park. Bollinger+Grohmann have been tasked with structural design, building physics, and fire engineering. They have also carried out the facade engineering after conducting a feasibility study before the planning phase.
