Nine Elms Point is made up of seven towers set around vast, elevated, landscaped gardens and courtyards with a striking water feature for residents. The metallic cladding is inspired by the original foundry on the site.
Bollinger+Grohmann is charged with the structural design for the façade by Rieder Smart Elements GmbH & fshape GmbH.
