Special Art Zone (Competition)

The team of Moeller Architekten + Ingenieure, Hünefeld and Atelier 30 Architekten plus Ladleif Architekten from Kassel, in collaboration with B+G, won the first prize in an international competition for a Special Art Zone in Łódź.

Covered in a netting structure of glass, the museum gives an unimpaired view of the core: the exhibition cube. It has different height profiles, staircases, magazines and goods lifts. The exhibition rooms look conventional and can be used flexibly for many purposes.
