‘Bauhaus-Archiv. Kommt auf die Baustelle!’
The Bauhaus Archive invites to visit the site of the new museum building, which is currently under construction. The programme includes architectural tours, music, talks, artistic installations, performances, and a Bauhaus workshop.
Since 2018, the Bauhaus-Archiv in Berlin has been undergoing renovation and expansion. Rising at the center of the construction site is the completed tower, awarded the Austrian Steel Construction Prize 2025, whose slender hybrid structural design we were responsible for.
The film Turmbau (Tower Construction) will be shown on the construction site throughout the festival as part of the media presentation by Staab Architects.
