Job Description

We are looking for a Versatile Assistant (m/f/x) to strengthen our administrative team.
Reporting directly to the manager, your responsibilities will include:

Executive assistance

  • Proactive management and planning of the manager's schedule
  • Organisation of internal and external meetings
  • Organising travel (flights, hotels, visas, etc.)
  • Managing and prioritising emails with first-level response

Office management

  • Reception and telephone duties: welcoming visitors and service providers, sending mail
  • Organising travel for all staff
  • Managing purchases (IT, regular restocking of kitchen essentials, etc.)
  • Coordinating small works and repairs
  • Helping to organise internal events

Required qualities and skills

  • Confidentiality and discretion
  • Adaptability and organisational skills
  • Rigorous and methodical
  • Good communication and team spirit
  • Proficiency in IT tools and Office software (Word, Excel)
  • Fluency in French and English is essential

Type of contract: Full-time permanent contract
