This project is located in the block E2B of the ZAC Montjoie in La Plaine Saint Denis. It is a compact building of nearly 24 400 m² that fits in the diagonal of its ground clearing two large outdoor gardens.
The whole project is designed with timber structures allowing a high flexibility for the layout of the floors. The timber, left visible inside, combines the strong identity of an innovative tertiary building with an environmentally responsible construction.
Bollinger+Grohmann manages the façade mission of this project. The façades are divided into three categories: the office ones with “frame” type, the windows and the curtain walls of the ground floor.
