The two-story building is arranged in an L-shape around an inner courtyard. The new building will be constructed with timber on a concrete floor slab. The daycare center is designed as a passive house, with its required primary energy largely generated with the help of a groundwater heat pump and photovoltaic elements on the flat roof.
