Funeral Hall Höchst - Complete Renovation

The funeral hall of the cemetery in Frankfurt/Höchst and its administrative building were assessed in terms of their static and structural condition. In an initial feasibility study comprehensive preliminary investigation has been conducted on the between 1923-1928 built historic building ensemble. Besides architectural inventory documents and explorations there will also be a structural design review of the building structure. Damages were described on the basis of comprehensive building recordings. Their possible causes were mentioned and recommendations were made regarding the necessity of the securing and restoration measures.
