Lervig Brygge Øya is part of a property development project in Stavanger, consisting of four high-rise towers with approximately 200 exclusive apartments. The project was developed in accordance with the client's specification for "plus-apartments", which is also used for other prestigious projects in central Oslo.

The shell of the towers was constructed using in-situ concrete. Bubble ceilings allow for column-free rooms, while the core walls were built using a sliding construction method.

The bracing of the four buildings is based on an innovative concept: a friction plate between the buildings with a load from the green area braces the tower blocks in combination with inclined piles.
