In Hamburg Lokstedt, a craftsmen's centre has been built, offering small to medium-sized craft businesses the opportunity to set up in the city centre at low cost. Thanks to a flexible space concept, the modern four-storey building complex can accommodate around 100 service providers from various sectors. The basement contains storage areas, technical rooms, and an underground car park with 116 parking spaces.
The façade on the upper floors is a brickwork shell with cavity insulation, while the base of the building is made of reinforced concrete sandwich elements.
