Won: AOK HR Academy

Congratulations to Nickl & Partner Architekten on winning 1st prize in the competition for the new AOK HR Academy in Grevenbroich.

The project envisions a contemporary campus that combines learning, accommodation, dining, sports, and recreation in a landscape-oriented setting. We were pleased to contribute our structural engineering and building physics expertise to the competition team.

According to the jury, the proposal stood out for its compact organisation, efficient functionality, high-quality communication spaces, and sustainable construction concept. The timber-and-clay structural approach, circular design principles, and the strong integration of architecture and landscape were highlighted as key strengths of the design.
