The new OCMW Brussels building is an 8-storey mixed-use project on the corner of Rue Haute and Rue de l’Abricotier, in the heart of the Marolles. Completing a block shaped by UMC Sint-Pieter and existing OCMW offices, it brings together offices, 14 social housing units, a retail space, a crèche for 20 children, and an emergency access passage.
