The office building, located directly on the waterfront in Berlin, consists of a multi-level building complex comprising three structures arranged in a star shape. By far the largest part of the building is used as office space. The lobby is a double-storey space with a gallery and provides direct access to offices, conference rooms, lounge areas and a canteen. The top floor houses meeting rooms and a sky bar.
The building envelope runs homogeneously around the entire structure on the upper floors with a slim façade grid of 1.35 m and 1.50 m. The standard façade is designed as an element façade, made of thermally separated aluminium profiles with floor-to-ceiling triple-insulated glazing for fall protection. Fixed panels alternate with pivoting panels. Due to the narrow façade grid, the polygonal façade on the upper floors follows the building's rounded edges. Vertical and horizontal three-dimensional aluminium pilaster strips are used along axes of the façade. The design elements of the upper-floor façades are incorporated into the base façade through a double grid. The large-format insulated glazing is curved convexly or concavely along the contours of the building.
